Do you take over how we run things?
No. We start with one process, not your whole operation, and nothing moves forward until you are confident it works. The system recommends an action in plain language; a person on your team gives the final sign-off before anything runs.
What do we actually own at the end of this?
You own what we build. There is no subscription you are locked into just to keep it running, and no proprietary black box you depend on us to maintain.
How does billing work?
Project work is billed in milestones, not all up front and not as a surprise invoice at the end. You see progress and approve each stage before the next one is billed.
What if we want to stop working with you?
You can. There is no vendor lock-in - the systems we build are yours to keep running, hand to someone else, or walk away from.
What actually happens before anything goes live?
You approve every step before it goes live. We show you the recommended action in plain language first; nothing executes without a yes from your side.
